  1. Identification of the Provider

The services offered by the Centro Guide Siena website are provided by Associazione Centro Guide Siena, with its legal headquarters at Strada Massetana Romana n. 64, Siena, VAT number 01214430520, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider.”

  1. Subject of the Contract

The contract concerns the sale of guided tours and related services, which can be purchased exclusively through the booking system available on the website www.guidesiena.it. Details of the tours, costs, and participation methods are specified on the dedicated pages.

  1. Conclusion of the Contract

The booking is considered complete upon receipt of payment confirmation and the corresponding summary email sent by the Provider. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be modified or canceled.

  1. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts related to leisure services with a specific date or period of execution. Therefore, bookings made cannot be canceled or refunded, except as provided in point 5.

  1. Refunds

Refunds are only provided in cases of service disruptions attributable to the Provider, such as the guide’s failure to appear at the designated meeting point. In such cases, the refund will be processed using the payment method used by the customer.

  1. Payment Methods

Payments can be made using the methods indicated on the website. All transactions are carried out on secure servers, ensuring the protection of personal and banking data.

  1. Collaboration with Opera Laboratori del Duomo

For tours that include access to the Siena Cathedral (Duomo), tickets will be managed in collaboration with Opera Laboratori del Duomo. Access conditions may vary based on operational requirements or religious events.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be held responsible for any disruptions caused by force majeure or events not directly attributable to its organization.

  1. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Siena. The contract is governed by Italian law.

  1. Privacy and Data Processing

The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
