Registered Tour Guides All Registered Tour Guides have been selected, trained, and examined by special commissions and passed a rigorous examination. According to the Regional Italian law on tourism they are the only ones authorized to guide individuals or groups through their province with the aim of explaining monuments, historical sites, and arts.
